The Hydraulic Shop Terms and conditions

 

Sales and payments:

All sales are credit card before delivery, personal and business checks will be accepted but your order will be held until the check clears.

Turn around time:

Will be 24 hours for tubes and hoses, 48 hours for power units, motors & valves, we will email you if there will be a delay due to special order parts or any other reason.

Warranty:

All warrantees will be for 12 months unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Warranty covers any new parts supplied by us and installed by us, all welding and/or crimping are also covered for 12 months. All defective parts must be returned to us freight paid, upon our inspection and determination of a defect, we will repair or replace the part, or refund the original purchase price.

Limited liability:

At no time shall we be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages resulting from or in any manor related to the products, their design, use or any inability to use the same. It is understood that the buyer its employees, venders, family or other shall indemnify and hold us harmless in, but not limited to, any case, cause of action, lawsuit or claim that could or would result from the use of said products whether through our negligence or not.

Our sole remedy is the replacement of the product or a refund of the original purchase price.

Your acceptance of the product at time of delivery and/or your payment for the products or services, whether by the buyer or others constitutes acceptance of all of the terms and conditions listed above.

Safety:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the maximum pressure of the system being worked on.
